Brain strong – Dr Anders Hansen launched his thoughts about the connections between exercising and the brain, only 30 min walk every day could increase and renew the brain. Sounds fantastic!  I would like to start the season with just that theme, ie everyday exercise and what it does to us. Walk and talk, bike to work, 7-minute workout etc. How do you think about everyday exercise? What are your lifehacks around time for training? As always, we start structured around the issues and towards the end, it will ebb towards a nice relaxed atmosphere and great laughter.

Last Wednesday of each month, we meet for lunch, where new and established in Värmland who want to expand their social and professional contact network are welcome.
